If you make amendments
If you wish to make any alterations to your tour we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate these, but cannot guarantee that alterations will be possible. If the alterations you request are possible, these will, of course, be subject to payment of any amendment or other charges imposed or incurred by the relevant supplier and the sum of EUR 50 per person to cover our administrative costs. Requests for amendments must be made in writing by the lead passenger from e-mail which was represented in ordering process.
If you cancel your booking
About any cancellation of the entire booking or by any member of the party, you must advise Adventure Ride Ltd. in writing by the lead passenger from e-mail which was represented in ordering process. The date on which the letter is received by us will determine the cancellation charges applicable. Cancellation charges for horseback riding vacations will be calculated as follows and are expressed as a percentage of the booking prepayment amount:
More than 69 days before departure: 0% but EUR 100 will be charged to cover administrative costs
69 - 45 days before departure: 50% (not less than EUR 100)
44 - 31 days before departure: 75% (not less than EUR 100)
30 days or less before departure: 100%
Depending on the reason for cancellation of horseback riding vacations, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges (less any applicable excess) under the terms of your insurance policy. Claims must be made directly to the insurance company concerned. We highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance from your insurance company.
Any changes to the original booking will not be effective until it is received and agreed in writing by Adventure Ride Ltd. Any additional costs imposed by our suppliers may also be charged.
Unfortunately due to the safety reasons Riding in cross-country is not available for the persons under 18 years old. Any bookings accidentally made for the persons under 18 years old will be refunded in 10 days.
