The personal touch - I felt very well hosted and taken care of. Unlike other activity holidays, I felt this was a very personal and welcoming service. The priority was always to ensure everyday was a relaxed and enjoyable day, right down to getting to know us and helping us settle in. Our host even took the time to show us to our hotel room, and matching us to the right character of horse. horses were very well cared for and looked after. The trails were beautiful and varied everyday. The guide Alex was both an expert horseman and a calm and relaxed/reassuring escort. The planning of the week was just right and well suited to our ability, starting near the stables on day one so any adjustments to equipment or horses could be made straight away, building up to a satisfuyingly long day on day 4, and a beach and woodland ride on the last day, but not too long to over stretch tired legs. Oh and a tranquil woodland picnic to relax every lunchtime! Perect. Any riding holiday will be a disappointment after this one. I would highly recommend Adventure Ride and would certainly use them again. My friend and i came to ride the Adazi route. We spent three days in the pine forests, spotting deer on several occasions and crane. The wild flowers were beautiful. Then we had two days by the sea, walking up and down the tree covered sand dunes and cantering along the beach. The weather (it was August) changeable, but always good for riding. the scenery and colours just lovely. The horses were very responsive and well-behaved. We had a great trail guide who explained some of the local history and the history of the landscape. The organisation was excellent and the overall feeling I had after five days riding in such invigorating sunowderge was one of peace and calm. A great antidote to a busy office job! Adventure Ride are competent, kind and excellent hosts. Despite the accident on our second day, we had some lovely riding. Once we were no longer riding, Agnese was quick to offer alternatives for the days, including guided trips were lovely and entirely personalized. The accident proved that the organisation can cope extremely well when things go wrong. Agnese was happy to help in whatever way she could and in the immediate aftermath, Alex dealt with the situation very appropriately. Altogether, despite the accident, we had a great time with Adventure Ride. A really bespoke holiday experience

What did I like the most? Helpfulness and care of staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Obviously the injury was unpleasant and I should have done some riding before. I could refresh my cantering.

Short Trial into the nature. we arrived and we were friendly expected. The nature here is very nice and we enjoyed our trial very much. Our 10 years old son, who started riding just 3 months ago was very happy to join us. The horses were very brave and the instructor had good experience in teaching us.

Best organisation! :) Lovely horses and people too. Changing of the blanket under the saddle after the picnic break it`s very important and good idea. The food in the hotel is absolutely delicious and the fresh salad in picnic too. Evija show us the best places in Latvia, typical lakes, animals and endless forest. She is really nice handling the horse and riding. She had always a smile in her Face :) Thanks thousand!

I really liked the friendly atmosphere, good horses which were treated very well, opinions and demands of clients were very well taken into consideration. Riding day on the beach was EXCELLENT, riding leader was very clear and nice.

We had a great riding experience with AdventureRide. Everything was very well organised and systematic. The horses are very healthy and beautiful. We went only for a small trip for 3 hours, but next time would definitely consider planning a longer riding adventure with AdventureRide!

The whole experience was fantastic and was conducted with a personal touch. Everybody involved was friendly and knowledgable. The pick-up was punctual and came with extra hidden tour of Riga. The horses were calm and well cared for, and the picnic was delicious! A fantastic experience.

We just happen to come across "AdventureRide" during a stay in Riga and decided to go for a ride on the beach. And it was the best day we had during our Riga. It was not only a very experienced trail with great horses, but also a lovely scenery. There are really great riding opportunities!

That was really interesting route. Alex as instructor and guide was really proffessional :) He gave me a lot of information about horses and working with them as well. Alex is always ready to share his knowledge about horse riding and how to communicate with them in better way. He has a great sense of humor. That was warm and wonderful welcome full with unexpected pleasant surpises. Hearty welcome of Vineta... That was realy wonderful feeling like stay in loving family.

I have a problem with AdventureRide. I can`t tell you what I like the most during my time in Adaşi. It`s impossible to decide, what is the best. In the end its the lovely family, that stands behind this stables. You won`t find such helpful & heart warming people elsewhere. "Lonely Planet" writes: Sometimes Latvians can be a little bit distanced & cold. You can throw it away! The hotel on the lake is gorgious, the food is unbelieveable, also for vegetarians. The trails are incredible, wild beaches and deep forests. On the trails you have professional guides, who will take care of you. The horses are in very good condition, also on long distances. "Completely all - inclusive adventure holidays". Thank you!

Thanks to AdventureRide I lived my first horse riding experience and I liked it a lot, it was really nice and pleasant. At first I was a bit nervous but the guide explained me all the instructions very clearly and gave me a quiet horse to ride, (as I was a REAL beginner :)), so everythng was OK. I enjoyed riding in the wood and I appreciated very much landscape– which is so different from that I was used to see...! It's been a unique experience I hopefully will repeat in summer time, possibly by the sea. I strongly recommend such a nice experience to people who want to escape from traffic jams in crowded cities, have relax and a bit of adventure in the nature.

We were treated very nicely, the trip was great with good horses. No problems and nothing to complain about.

Forests was beauty, horses are affordable and people working in the farm were very friendly. You will enjoy wild nature just an hour from Riga.
